We enable student success through transformative learning experiences and also seek to bring quality education to underserved populations by:
Develop innovative approaches to learning at the undergraduate and graduate level that take students outside of the classroom and into the surrounding community.
Create opportunities to educate and train students to become leaders in the workforce of the correctional system—giving them the outside knowledge of “what works” combined with the inside knowledge of the challenges of living and working in the correctional system.
Improve the opportunities for success of formerly incarcerated individuals in the workforce and in academia.
