Homeland Security head visits ASU's Downtown Phoenix campus
Johnson shared border security issues and initiatives by his department over the last several years, giving attendees first-hand insight into the challenges and progress being made in this area.
Following his comments to the more than 200 attendees at the presentation, Johnson met with criminology and public policy students from the Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions and journalism students in the Cronkite School for Journalism and Mass Communication.
The speech was also attended by staffers from several congressional member including Senator McCain, Senator Flake, Congressman Gallego, Congresswoman Sinema and Congressman Salmon.
