The Arizona ETV Program is a federally-funded, state-administered program that provides financial, academic, and student support for young people who are or have been in foster care and are enrolled in qualified colleges, universities, or vocational education programs.
Scholarships, grants, federal work-study, and federal loan opportunies for Arizona's foster youth provided by ASU. This includes programs such as the Arizona Foster Youth Award and Arizona Education and and Training Voucher Program.
Starting July 1, 2023, you may qualify for a Federal Pell Grant if you've been convicted, are incarcerated in a federal or state penal facility, and are enrolled in approved prison education program.
