The POINT Model Perryville Appreciative Inquiry
Project purpose: The mission of the POINT Model is to create shared responsibility for the well-being of people in prison.
Project period: September 2021 – March 2022
Project methods:
Focus groups with incarcerated women and staff
Interviews with staff and 200 incarcerated women in medium security
Evaluation and analysis of infrastructure
