An Evaluation of Motivational Interviewing Training in Correctional Officers

Project purpose: To examine the outcomes of Motivational Interviewing training for correctional officers working within the Arizona Department of Corrections.

Project period: September 2016 – September 2021

Project methods: Surveys with 450 officers at pre-training, 1 month, and 6 months
